All animals are guaranteed to be healthy, feeding , and sexed properly. If you are not 100% satisfied please contact us within 48 hours.

All animals are bred and hatched by us, unless otherwise noted.

All animals are packaged for safe, live delivery with a heat pack or cool pack as necessary.

Shipping will be done via UPS over night to your door.

All animals will be guaranteed live arrival through UPS.  Any problems with the box or animal must be reported to me within 24 hours.

When shipping with UPS, animals are not guaranteed to be live if no one is home to receive the package on the first delivery attempt.

If you find an animal you are interested in. Email me to check and see if animal is still available. If it isn't I will let you know if I have any others like it.

Domestic Shipments are sent UPS next day air. Right to your door.

We will quote shipping charges before you order.

If no one is home to accept package guarantee is VOID. We can not be responsible for missed packages.

Shipping only in the U.S. at this time.

Live arrival guarantee only on Next day Air shipping.

Right now I will not be shipping outside the U.S.

If I don't have a photo up of something, or you want a better photo.

Email me and I will do what I can to get one up or emailed to you.

We can put animals on hold for 1 week before payment is required. 

If a payment hasn't been received at that time, the animal will be back up for sale.

We do accept payment plans.

Payment plans will work as follows:

For animals under $200, we will not accept payment plans.

Animals between $200 and $500, we will do 30 day payment plans, with the balance due within 30 days of the initial deposit.

Animals between $500 and $1,000, we will do 60 day payment plans, with the balance due within 60 days of the initial deposit.

Animals that are priced over $1,000, we will do payment plans for 90 days, with the balance due within 90 days of the initial deposit.

Once again, deposits are non-refundable, but are transferrable. If you default on a payment plan, your animal will be put back on the market, until it is paid off. If it sells before you pay-off the animal, you can transfer your entire account to another animal, or receive a refund less your deposit.

Deposits will only be taken on animals that are available.

Deposits are only required to hold an animal and will be 25% of the animals price.

Deposits are non-refundable, but may be transferred to another animal.

If you are interested in any of the expected offspring from a project, we will make a waiting list that will be first come, first serve.

We will update any persons on the waiting list of developments in the project.

Payment must be made in full before any animal will be shipped.

We take payment via paypal, money order, cashiers check or personal check and Visa and MasterCard. 

Personal checks need to clear the bank before payment is considered complete.
